Syed Hasan, MD

Dr. Syed Hasan graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College and was trained as an orthopedic surgeon in the United Kingdom. Dr. Hasan passed the Fellow of Royal College of Physician and Surgeons (FRCS) exam in Glasgow, Scotland in 1993. Dr. Hasan had further residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Buffalo, where Dr. Hasan also worked as a chief resident and received the Best Resident Research Award. He also completed fellowship training in interventional spine at the University of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center, followed by an interventional physiatrist at a multi-specialty private group in New Hartford, NY. Dr. Hasan is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
